Since 2010, I’ve been coaching
ambitious pharmacists, physical therapists and nurses
to get scores like S26 or W24 on TOEFL iBT.

In this free series, you’ll learn my system
to make your days not only
less stressful —
but also super productive.

Over the years, I have spent hundreds of dollars on various planners and agendas. Every one claimed to be the answer to my productivity problems… and every one got abandoned after 5 or 10 pages. So I was always hunting for another planner that would be better.

Then, I discovered “bullet journaling.” That same day I transformed a regular $2 notebook into a better agenda than the professionally-published goal-setting ones I was typically paying $40+ for. I surprised myself when I filled up every page in my first “bullet journal.” I finally discovered something worth paying for!

Since then, I tweaked and refined what I wrote in my completely blank notebook to make it better — and now I’m putting myself in your shoes. Together, we’re going to merge the best ideas from life coaching and productivity seminars… with your goal of studying English for TOEFL iBT.

I’ll teach you my system for free (and I’ll give you templates to make it even easier). Why? Two reasons. First because if you’re calmer and more focused, then you make faster progress with TOEFL — which makes my job is easier. Second because the real cost of the Fresh Start Planner is the energy you invest in it.

If you sign up and click the green button (and if you stick with me over the next 12 months), you will be amazed at how much progress you can make.

All you need is a notebook and the willingness.

What will happen?

After signing up, you’ll have instant access to the videos and template files that comprise this free training.

Simply watch and follow along by drawing lines where I draw them and writing what I write!

Watch your inbox for each month’s updated calendar and fresh tips and trackers.

First, the "set up"

Your path to the future starts where you are right now.

In order to effectively fit your TOEFL studies into your life, we will briefly zoom out and look at the context for your studies.

It doesn’t take long, but skipping it is a mistake.

You’ll reflect on the past 12 months and fill in simple-yet-powerful sentences.

By the end, you will have clarity about the 3 top priorities that compete with your TOEFL study time, what you’re worried about, resources to overcome those obstacles — and how to consciously “manufacture” good days.

Then, the coming month and weeks

Your planner should actively decrease your stress — not add to it. We each have different needs and sensitivity levels to what distracts us or stresses us out.

In this module, you will see 3 printable weekly layouts that you can begin experimenting with:

  • condensed
  • medium
  • spacious

Those 3 layouts influence your relationship with time and your daily tasks. You will need to try them out and observe which one is makes you feel the most calm and productive as you live and study for TOEFL.

Finally, you’ll discover some super useful “trackers” that will focus you on the activities that improve your English (so those scores of S26 and W24 become natural byproducts of your new, automatic habits).
